Periodic Quest Championship Tournaments in Chemistry

Periodic Quest Card and Board Game for Local and Regional Championship Tournaments in Chemistry among middle and high school students.

Mendeleev’s Periodic Table of Elements represents the complete set of
chemical elements known to mankind that constitutes the building blocks
of matter in the universe as we know it. Periodic Quest is a unique board and
card game of its kind based on the  Periodic Table and consists of 118 cards,
each representing an element  on the table  and a game board composed of
Periodic Tables.  Periodic Quest brings Periodic Table out of the class rooms to
kitchen tables and social gatherings and also opens up  avenues to facilitate
Periodic Quest Championship Tournaments in Schools and  Universities.
Some of the Periodic Quest card games come with interesting  twists
introduced through   nuclear attacks while some other card games  require
creating chemical compounds to win. The explorer board games  of
Periodic Quest are for the novice   and challenger board games  are   for the
experienced. Of course, even a novice could play Rummy game using Periodic
Quest cards to make patterns based on periods, groups and blocks on the
Periodic Table.  There are more than 8 games suitable for age group 8-Adults.

Being the inventor of the game, I can part a  substantial part of the revenue from Periodic Quest to support such tournaments on a regional basis in the US and Canada during the IYC2011 and beyond.

How to incorporate this game to conduct local and regional championship tournaments in chemistry similar to the spelling bee and national geography championship tournaments?

Any suggestion in this context is welcome!

This is a nice idea. I think it's nice if we have inter-University competitions first at a particular region. Then whoever the winner(s) is(are) will get to represent his region and will compete in the inter-region level. Maybe 3 representatives from that level will proceed to the national level.

Also, it will be great if we INTERNATIONAL level. What do you think? :)
