Geared toward adult festival attendees, this Science Café will be an engaging exploration of the everyday chemistry used in cooking by Sara Risch, Principal in the consulting firm Science By Design, which she founded in 1993. Sara works with food and packaging companies as well as those in related
industries. Her talk will be focused on the Chemistry of Food and Drink.
