A continuation of ISC's "Chemistry for Grown-ups" series that began with beer, whiskey and chocolate, with upcoming programs on honey and coffee. A professor of chemistry and a cosmetic chemist will explain about the chemical content and properties of personal care products and direct people in conducting experiments.

Chemistry of chocolate is a unique program for the adult public to open people's minds to thinking about chemistry in unexpected ways. A professor of chemistry, and R&D Specialist from a chocolate manufacturer will explain and demonstrate various chemical reactions in the chocolate-making process.
