In this section, your ideas for IYC2011 can start to become reality. Here, you can submit activities for consideration and, after a short review, they will be listed below and any related events will populate the IYC calendar. Activities listed here have a clearly defined theme and describe how, when, and where they will take place.

The American Chemical Society's IYC 2011 website Liezl Perez   |   added on Sep 20, 2010    |    United States As part of the IYC-2011 initiative, the American Chemical Society has sponsored a website to promote chemistry to the general public and assist interested users in finding and sponsoring outreach activities in 2011. This website is a single-source portal containing the ACS' contribution to this truly global celebration.

German IYC 2011 Website Hans-Georg Weinig   |   added on Sep 17, 2010    |    Germany The German IYC 2011 website (www.ijc2011.de) is now online with an event calendar and information about IYC 2011 activities in Germany.

SCI's ways to support IYC Monica Ugalde   |   added on Sep 02, 2010    |    United Kingdom SCI’s five peer-reviewed journals provide commentary articles and research studies undertaken by top scientists in emerging areas. We want to include the IYC logo on the front cover of the journals adding a strap line that says “SCI supports the IYC".
