Science Fair / Feria de Ciencias Mariscal Sucre Julio Barzola   |   added on Sep 14, 2011    |    Ecuador This activity is to provide a forum for promoting research skills and dissemination of scientific knowledge where children and young people engage in a study of an event or natural phenomenon, and an opportunity to apply their knowledge in the exhibition of prototypes, tests and experiments.

Lecturers from the university are touring the nation taking chemistry to students and teachers in primary and secondary schools.

National Chemistry Week Mary Moore   |   added on Sep 07, 2011    |    United States On October 25 and 26, Eastman and the Northeast Tennessee Section of the American Chemical Society will host the 21st annual award winning “Celebration of Chemistry for 4th Graders.” Over 27,000 children have participated in this event since its inception in 1991.
