University of Michgan-Flint Chemistry Club's Demo Academy Monique Wilhelm   |   added on Apr 28, 2011    |    United States The University of Michigan-Flint Chemistry Club will be hosting its first Demo Academy. This workshop is for fifth grade teachers in the GISD and limited to 15 registered participants. It will be held on May 19, 2011, 12:30-3:30.

Fun and Interactive Science Demonstrations Mike Broczkowski   |   added on Apr 26, 2011    |    Canada Science demonstrations will be conducted for grade 5-7 students in a light-hearted way to present concepts such as chemical reactions, with hands on experiments to make 'slime'. The intent of these presentations is to encourage the interest of young people in science and chemistry in a fun and interactive manner.
