Here, you can submit activities for consideration and, after a short review, they will be listed below and any related events will populate the IYC calendar. Activities listed here have a clearly defined theme and describe how, when, and where they will take place.

ICAS2011:International congress for analytical sciences 2011

The conference will show the evolution of industrial chemistry in Italy, from 1940s to 1990, trough contributions of business historians, industrialists and trough historical documentaries
The American Chemical Society's IYC 2011 website

As part of the IYC-2011 initiative, the American Chemical Society has sponsored a website to promote chemistry to the general public and assist interested users in finding and sponsoring outreach activities in 2011. This website is a single-source portal containing the ACS' contribution to this truly global celebration.

SCI’s five peer-reviewed journals provide commentary articles and research studies undertaken by top scientists in emerging areas. We want to include the IYC logo on the front cover of the journals adding a strap line that says “SCI supports the IYC".
