In this section, your ideas for IYC2011 can start to become reality. Here, you can submit activities for consideration and, after a short review, they will be listed below and any related events will populate the IYC calendar. Activities listed here have a clearly defined theme and describe how, when, and where they will take place.

Following the lead of Mary Garson's activity "Women Sharing a Chemical Moment in Time", the Boston University Women in Chemistry are hosting a breakfast to bring together local chemistry women for a breakfast networking meeting on 18 January 2011 in the week prior to the launch of IYC.
Call for Expert Authors: Encyclopedia of Earth (EoE)

The EoE seeks chemistry experts to author defensible articles in their disciplines. Authors write articles and collaborate and review other Contributor's work. EoE is a free, fully searchable collection of content on the Earth, its natural environments, and their interaction with society. Also, we are seeking Topic Editors.
