Career Highlights and Influence of Marie Curie on Women Scientists Trudy Lionel   |   added on Jul 29, 2011    |    United States Dr. Darleane Hoffman will touch on a few highlights of her career and then discuss some of Marie Sklodowska-Curie’s less well -known contributions. She will also comment on the celebration this year of the 100th anniversary of the Award of the 1911 Nobel Prize in Chemistry to Marie Curie as the sole recipient.
