Sishu Griha students participated in Science in Action- An exhibition organised by Bangalore Association for Science Education at Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, Bangalore.Demonstrations-Identification of Blood Stains, Chemi luminescence, Lechatelier Principle and Dry Cleaning Process .Science club members visited the exhibition
Sishu Griha students participated in Science in Action- An exhibition organised by Bangalore Association for Science Education at Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, Bangalore. Experiments on Identification of Blood Stains, Chemi luminescence, Lechtelier Principle and Dry Cleaning Process were on display. Science club members visited the Exhibition. Thousands of students from various schools and other organisations visited the exhibition.There were 24 more displays made by other schools. Students and teachers had an opportunity to interact with students and teachers from other schools.Students will appreciate the application of principles of chemistry in day to day life.
This was organised from Jan 28 to Jan 30, 2011.
This activity kindled interest in Chemistry and its apllications in day to day life.In this regard, students and teachers had an opportunity to visit Forensic Science Laboratory and witness the demonstrations made by Police Department officials.
