A networking breakfast to celebrate International Year of Chemisty and for women to share a chemical moment in time.
Women Sharing a Chemical Moment in Time; 18 Jan 2011 9am-10am, National Physical Laboratory, Teddington, UK.
This event celebrates the contribution of Women in Chemistry, bringing people together for a breakfast networking event, as a pre-launch event for the IYC 2011. We have invited fellow scientists from all fields of science at NPL to come together for this event.
The event will begin with a short introduction sbout the International Year of Chemistry , using a short video clip by Richard Head from the RSC. We hope to link up with other similar events in the UK.
