The purpose of this meeting will be to gather as many women as possible who work in the field of chemistry for a session centering on the theme of 'diversity and inclusion within organizations'. A female speaker, specialized in gender and diversity wil lead the interactive breakfast meeting.
The organization of a Women's Networking Breakfast Meeting on January 18, is an initiative of the MIX team at Dow in Terneuzen. The MIX-Team is the link between the various Diversity & Inclusion networks on site, making concrete action plans and providing effective communications across the site about diversity initiatives. The purpose of the meeting is to gather as many women as possible for a session about diversity and inclusion within organizations. Mrs. Michele Mees, a partner at Femco (stimulating gender diversity for superior personal and business performance), will lead the interactive breakfast meeting. Women at Dow, but also from other industrial companies nearby Dow, are invited.
