With its motto “Challenges in Modern Analytical Chemistry” this European Conference on Analytical Chemistry is open for contributions from all subfields, whether theory, methods or applications and will highlight new prospects and developments of current importance.
The 16th event of the well-known conference series EA will be held in Belgrade from the 11th to 15th September 2011. With its motto “Challenges in Modern Analytical Chemistry” this European Conference on Analytical Chemistry is open for contributions from all subfields, whether theory, methods or applications and will highlight new prospects and developments of current importance.
EA is the biennial meeting of the Division of Analytical Chemistry of the EuCheMS, the association of the national chemical societies throughout Europe. Although a truly European forum, it has been attracting an increasing numbers of colleagues from other parts of the world.
EA 2011 will be hosted by the Division of Analytical Chemistry of the Serbian Chemical Society. On their behalf, we extend a cordial invitation to all Analytical Chemists in Europe and around the world, whether they work in academia or industry, education or regulatory offices, to participate by presenting their latest achievements and to discuss with colleagues the foundations of and developments in Analytical Chemistry.
The Serbian capital Belgrade is situated at the confluence of the Rivers Danube and Sava. The conference venue with state of the art facilities is located in the modern quarters of New Belgrade, while the historic centre provides the flair of a southern European metropolis. The ample pedestrian zones and parks invite a stroll through its boulevards and promenades, river banks and gardens. Come and enjoy the sunsets, cafés and restaurants, museums, entertainment, rhythm of life, … in Belgrade with its irresistible charm and hospitality.
All this in a "package" is a nice way to celebrate IYC.
