Professional event in chemistry and biotechnology held biannually. ChemBio offers free of charge seminars, presentations and trade fair for those working within the industry around the Baltic Sea region and students of chemistry and biotechnology.

ChemBio Finland 2011 is a professional event in chemistry and biotechnology organised in Helsinki on March 22 - 24. at Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre. ChemBio offers free of charge seminars, presentations and trade fair for those working within the industry around the Baltic Sea region and students of chemistry and biotechnology. 

ChemBio Finland 2011 has three focus areas; Chemistry, biotechnology and laboratory products and services. The program is built in order to serve all these aspects of the event. The event organiser has an extensive cooperation with the respective organisations in Finland in order to provide a high quality seminar program for the visitors.

ChemBio also hosts a program area "Science Café", where topics are presented with a more common basis. The second day of the event is directed to university and polytechnical students of chemistry, biotechnology and laboratory. The day includes a business plan competition organised for the respective student bodies to encourage business-oriented thinking and finding innovations.
