Come celebrate National Science Week at Carnegie Science Center! Explore the everyday applications of chemistry by investigating dozens of hands-on exhibits and demonstrations presented by local organizations!

ChemFest is a catalyst for fun and learning, so bring the whole family!

Why does chemistry matter? Come to ChemFest and discover how cool chemistry really is!  Explore the everyday applications of chemistry by investigating dozens of hands-on exhibits and demonstrations presented by local organizations!  Make your own hand sanitizer, learn about invisible ink, make a geyser using soda, experiment with blood typing, and so much more! 

Plus, discover careers in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math by interacting with visiting professionals!
