IYC 2011 Workshop on Problem Solving in Chemistry
As part of International Year of Chemistry (IYC) 2011, Department of Chemistry, V.G.Vaze College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Mulund (East), Mumbai, INDIA in association with Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, INDIA is organizing a four day workshop on Problem solving in Chemistry at V.G.Vaze College. The workshop is a sequel to the one on Basic Concepts in Organic Chemistry held in March 2011. The main objective of the workshop is to help students to understand fundamental concepts of chemistry through problem solving. The workshop will be conducted from 8th-11th Nov. 2011 and is open to second year undergraduate students. The practical component of the workshop will be held in subsequent weeks of November 2011.
