A new ACS video series — aptly named Spellbound — tells the stories of eight chemists whose childhood curiosity about everyday things helped them launch careers in laboratories, win Nobel Prizes and make other notable achievements.
A new ACS video series — aptly named Spellbound — tells the stories of eight chemists whose childhood curiosity about everyday things helped them launch careers in laboratories, win Nobel Prizes and make other notable achievements.
Free and available at www.acs.org/Spellbound , www.youtube.com/ACSVideoTheater , on iTunes, and on DVD by request (m_bernstein@acs.org), the videos are suitable for classrooms and other audiences of scientists and non-scientists. Watch them, share them and encourage educators, museums, science centers, news organizations and others to embed links on their websites. Spellbound is a great way to celebrate IYC!
