Osaka Science Festival 2011 for youngsters

We will hold classroom of science experiments for children in Herbis hall in Osaka. We have approximately 80 programs of workshops, hands-on activities and science shows. It is the biggest Science Festival for youngsters in Kansai area.

Schedule: Aug. 22nd(sat),2011  10:00 -17:30

      Aug. 23rd(sun),2011  10:00-17:00

Venue   : Expo ’70 Commemorative Park

 

Programs :

1)    workshops, hands-on activities and science shows

 For example;

   Let’s make a metal tree

Magical liquid changing color.

    And so on.

  (approximately 80 programs in total)

2)    lecture

  A lecture about “cross coupling” by Dr. Naoto Chatani (Osaka University)
