Science in the Park

Several local Scientists will demonstrate interactive and fascinating science experiments geared to amaze Elementary and Middle school age children. There will be Chemists, Biologists, Engineers, and Geologists present, ready to inspire and share their love of science.

Title: Science in the Park

Where: Washington/Chestnut Street Park, Pottstown, PA

When: Saturday, June 4, 2011 (Rain Date is June 11)

Time: 12:00PM - 3:00PM

Event Description:  What do slime, glowing rocks and fossils all have in common? Come ask a real scientist if you want to know the answer. Several local Scientists will demonstrate interactive and fascinating science experiments geared to amaze Elementary and Middle school age children. There will be Chemists, Biologists, Engineers, and Geologists present, ready to inspire and share their love of science. Join us for a day of Fun, Food and Science! This event also celebrates The International Year of Science - 2011 with a special introductory presentation by Anna Johnson,  -Arkema Senior Chemist
