Standard Test in Chemistry in Thailand

In order to meet the goals of IYC2011 under the theme “Chemistry- our life, our future”, preparing chemists for 21st century is required. The Standard Test in Chemistry will be held during February 18-19, 2012, in Thailand

In order to meet the goal of IYC2011 under the theme “Chemistry- our life, our future”, preparing chemists for 21st century is required.

The Chemical Society of Thailand under the Patronage of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn has set up a Standard Test in Chemistry (STC) for scientists in Thailand. The STC is an examination designed to assess knowledge readiness for chemist professions and prepared chemists for opportunities in Asian Economic Community which will be officially started in 2015. The Standard Test in Chemistry keeps pace with what government and non-government sections are looking for chemist today, measuring the chemical knowledge and skills required for saving the world and environments.

An examination will be first launched out during February 18-19, 2012 by the Department of Chemistry from various Universities in Thailand.
