19th International Conference POLYCHAR 19: World Forum on Advanced Materials March 20-24, 2011, Kathmandu, NEPAL
The POLYCHAR World Forum provides a platform for presentation of innovations in Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) from academia (including students) and industry (see http://www.unt.edu/POLYCHAR/). The 19th Edition of POLYCHAR conference will take place in Kathmandu during March 20-24, 2011. Kathmandu, the POLYCHAR 19 host city, is capital of Federal Republic of Nepal and is situated in a valley full of ancient temples, arts, and impressive architecture. The technical programme of the conference will comprise oral presentations and poster sessions providing a survey of recent developments in MSE. The technical program will cover the following topics.
Predictive methods and simulations
Nanomaterials and smart materials
Electrical and dielectric properties
Mechanical properties and performance
Rheology and processing
Structure-property relationships
Materials synthesis and characterization
Biomaterials, green materials and composites
Materials for energy and recycling
More information can be obtained from www.polychar19-nepal.com.
POLYCHAR 19 aims at bringing together established materials scientists, young researchers and students from academia and industries providing them intensive discussion forum on recent developments in science and technology of polymeric materials. We also do hope that this conference will be a milestone in enhancing education and research activities in materials science and engineering in Nepal, and in the South Asian Region. Your support to the conference will be highly appreciated.
