Project iLASER (investigations with Light And Sustainable Energy Resources) is an outreach project to engage children and the general public living in communities along the US-Mexico international border from the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico.

Project iLASER (investigations with Light And Sustainable Energy Resources) is an outreach endeavor that includes many activities intended to engage and inspire young children and other members of communities located along the US-Mexico international border in the enterprise of developing and embracing sustainable energy methods.
