Click Chemistry is intended to spread the versatility of this science in daily life and to promote interest in the field. This is to be done through conferences and workshops about diverse applications such as chemistry in forensics, cosmetics, natural products and health.
The objective of Click Chemistry is to to spread the versatility of this science in daily life and to promote interest in the field; to demonstrate that in everyone's field there is something of chemistry behind it. In order to accomplish this, we invite students, proffesors and general public to attend the conferences and workshops we are offering.
The conferences we offer are the following:
- Hydrogen Sulfide and Cancer.
- Chemistry for solving Industrial Cases.
- Chemistry and Art Restoration.
- Chemistry in Forensics.
The workshops cover the next chemistry areas:
- Organic Synthesis.
- Bioproducts.
- Cosmetics.
- Forensics
Our event will take place at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey during the days 19, 20 and 21 of October, organized by the B.S. in Chemistry Students Society.
We think, this is an excellent way to show people about the daily presence chemistry has in their lives. We intend to attract not only chemistry students but from other careers in order to show them that chemistry can be interesting, applicable and fun!
