Chemical Experiments-An Exhibition

A demonstration-cum-exhibition of chemical experiments included in Chemistry syllubus of 8th,9th and 10th standards of schools in Kerala State.

The Science Club of P.K.M.M Higher Secondary School,Edarikode,Malappuram,Kerala has again planned to clebrate IYC 2011 in connection with the one-day Science Fair on 18-10-2011,Tuesday.The programme is a demonstation-cum exhibition of all chemistry experiments included in the syllubi of secondary school standards of Kerala State.The progr.amme convener is Mr:Basheer Paravakkal,Chemistry teacher and willbe inaugurated by Mr:Kunhimoidu K,Head Master at 9:30 A.M. About 4500 students and 110 teachers of P.K.M.M.higher secondary shool  will be provided with a golden chance to appreciate the wonderfull world of Chemistry and realise the chemistry behind each experiment.It is designed both as an academic as well as extra curricular activity. It is intended to inculcate scientific spirit in young students and teachers.Ech experimental activity will be supported by self explanatory charts and diagrams.Two students with fluency adnd enthusiasm will handle each activity so as to get a detailed experience to each visitor.The activity also aims at microlevel lab to minimise chemical pollution,improvisation in classroomactivities,enhancing student skill to handle equipments,making observations and conclusions etc..
