It will be a one-day, invitation-only conference addressing the synthetic rubber industry in Japan. The theme will be "Innovation for the Greener Mobility".

It will be a one-day, invitation-only conference addressing the synthetic rubber industry in Japan. The theme will be "Innovation for the Greener Mobility". It will be held on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Hotel Conrad Tokyo. The theme for LANXESS Rubber Day Japan will be "Innovation for Greener Mobility". Topics for discussion will include modern mobility, environmental trends and sustainability, innovations in technical rubbers, research and development for tomorrow, and other issues relating to the Japanese market. This will be a high-level forum for experts from the worlds of industry, goverment and academia.

Two years ago, we held the first Rubber Day in Germany to commemorate the centrnary of the invention of synthetic rubber. Last year, we had successful Rubber Day in China, Brazil and India. We hope to produce the success of these events in a forum tailord to Japan's ownrubber industry and the questions around future mobility.
