So, as a part of the celebration of International year of Chemistry the Department of Food Technology has organized an invited talk on "Use of Edible Oil in Proper Perspective" on 04.11.11.On this occassion Mr.S.K.Roy, President, OTAI (EZ).Member, Science & Technology Advisory Committee. Ministry of Consumer affairs, Food & Public Distribution,Govt. of India was invited to present a Seminar on  "Use of Edible Oil in Proper Perspective" .
