About:
We are pleased to introduce our paper to the public in IYC 2011. The title of the paper is “Amount of Substance Measurement Homogeneity Principle: the Discrepancy between XRCD and Watt Balance Results”. Amount of Substance Measurement Homogeneity Principle states that the amount of substance measurement cannot reach a higher accuracy than the homogeneity of the sample molecular populations.. It reveals that there exists a theoretical limit to the accuracy of measurements of the amount of substance.
The Amount of Substance Measurement Homogeneity Principle is a novel scientific insight and would be a milestone in chemistry measurements.
We wish this paper is dedicated to the International Year of Chemistry 2011, and to the memory of the advent of the Avogadro's hypothesis two hundredth anniversary.
This paper was published 17 November 2011 Online at stacks.iop.org/Met/49/62.
