About:

I have taught, researched, and promoted chemistry almost all of my adult life. I am n Editor-in-Chief of the Jordan Journal of Chemistry and am currently the head of the Organizing Committee of the Sixth Jordanian International Conference of Chemistry to be held at Yarmouk University, Irbid, Jordan (see www.yu.edu.jo/jicc). This conference is being organized to celebrate 2011 as the year of Chemistry, and hence my interest in the IYC 2011.
