About:

Arngask Primary School is a small rural school in Scotland and we LOVE science. We also take part in UNICEF's Rights Respecting Schools programme. Children have a right to an education and a right to clean water and in the Interantional year of Chemistry we will be promoting these rights through our curriculum work, a science week and open afternoon for parents and the community. We will also be taking part in the International Year of Chemistry Global experiment. We have worked in the past with a civil engineering company to learn about water treatment now we will look more carefully at the chemistry of water!
