Dr. Zaki Eldin Awad Elgeed Ali Abdalla got my First class honored B.Sc degree in 1998 from Al-Neelain University, Sudan and M.Sc Degree from Sudan University of Science & Technology in 2003. I joined Al-Neelain University as a teaching assistant in 2001 and promoted to lecturer within 2 years. I studied my Ph.D. program from 2006 to 2009, where my research focuses on Preparation and Characterization of Tungsten based catalysts and their performance in Oxidative Desulfurization of fuel oil. I published many research articles in different journal e.g. Journal of Colloids and Surface A: Physiochemical Engineering Aspects, Journal of Industrial Engineering Chemistry, Journal of Colloids and Interface Sciences, Microporous and Mesoporous Material, and others.
Nowadays my research focuses in preparation and characterization of mesoporous material as catalyst for biodiesel, catalysis of organic conversion. I supervised one master student and many undergraduate students for their graduation projects.
