About:

I am a Chemistry Undergrad in Pakistan.

Chemistry, to me, was not a love at the first sight. Rather, my interest in chemistry developed over time. Gradually strengthening. I became interested in Chemistry because I was interested in life-sciences. I was fascinated by the chemical aspects of life. How the chemistry of biomolecules and their interaction with one another shape life. Later on, as I delved more into it, the nano-scale chemistry caught my attention. Now I am very much interested in the nano-scale manipulation of matter for usage in bio-applications.

I heard about IYC 2011 from a friend of mine. I am interested in it simply because I'm interested in Chemistry. Moreover, being from a third world country where Chemistry is not regarded as a sought-after subject, I think I can come up with ideas that might be helpful in stirring the interest of youth in studying and understanding chemistry. After all, Chemistry is a fun science to do.
