About:

I am an asisstant professor at King Saud University (Women's Sections). Answering the call from the UN and IUPAC and believing in the great role of chemistry in our lives, I am participating in the IYC events.

One of the things I did, that I am launching (and for the first time in my University) a "chemistry club", we called it "Chemistry is my Life Club". I intend through the chemistry club activities and coaching the students (which are only girls) that we will be able to spread the word through the female communities in Saudi Arabia.

We have many ideas to increase the public and the student's enthusiasm towards chemistry, as well as increase their awarness on how to deal safely with every day chemicals, which I think is an important aspect since Saudi Arabia is one of the countries that shows increase number of cancer victims.
