IChemE at UTT, a student chapter of the IChemE in Trinidad and Tobago,West Indies.

The objectives of IChemE at UTT are:

- To stimulate and develop student interest in Chemical and Process Engineering

-To facilitate the students' quest for personal growth and professional development

-To maintain an impeccable professional standard among its members

-To encourage members to take a pro-active role in their professional development

Chemical,Biochemical, and Process Engineering is the application of science, maths, and economics to the process of turning raw materials in to everyday products. Professional chemical engineers design,construct, and manage process operations all over the world. Pharmaceuticals, food and drink, synthetic fibres, and clean drinking water are just some of the products where chemical engineering plays a role.
