About:

My name is Tri Ayu Putri

I'm a student in Hasanuddin University-Chemistry Departement 3rd year

As a Chemistry Student Assoiation member, i wanna apply our event to IYC 2011. this event called "Chemistry Smart Challenge"

i will describe this event...

Developments in science go hand in hand with the evolution of human civilization toward perfection. Knowingly or not we are facing an increasingly rapid technological development, where if we are not able to fight and survive then we will be eliminated. It is very ironic, our nation is a nation that is rich in natural resources, but since the time of the ancestors until now, our nation was born just as technology users can create their own course without.

Students who are always at the front guard as a component of change (the agent of change). In this case, Hasanuddin University Student Association Chemistry Division of Research and Education in particular is always thinking to introduce innovations in chemistry in high school and junior high school students more effectively, so that gave birth to the initiative to conduct activities that are expected to foster the spirit of positive competition for high school students as South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi in Indonesia and junior as Makassar in the field of Science Competition, particularly in the field of chemical sciences as well as a selection event for determining the representative of South Sulawesi and West to participate in Olympic National Level.

Purpose Activities

Introduce and improve the quality of human resources, especially the students high school or equivalent and junior high school or equivalent in Basic Science in particular field of study of chemistry.

Destination activity

Improving the quality of Indonesian human resources, especially high school students or equivalent as southern and western Sulawesi and Makassar, a junior in the field of Basic Science Study khususnyaBidang Chemistry, foster a positive competitive spirit, as well as mental preparation in the face of greater competition like the Olympics Level Chemistry National or International.
