About:

I have been training future chemistry teachers for a number of years. I would like (and have been trying) to instill in my students a love for chemistry through understanding the complexity and wonder of chemistry. I have been trying to get them to realize that chemistry has to do with hands-on activities and that there are reasons why experiments don't work. Then (I trust), when they become teachers, to pass their entusiam and excitement for chemistry, on to their learners.
