Entertainment Science Museum «LabirintUm» was founded in Saint-Petersburg on the 25th of December 2010 as a first interactive children’s museum. There are more than 60 hands-on exhibits on the square of 700m2. The museum’s exhibits address the laws of psychics, chemistry and explain interesting natural phenomenon. Museum «LabirintUm» is home for seven interactive zones: Optics and mirrors; Water zone; Zone of physical experiments: mechanics, dynamics, magnetism, pendulums; Dark room with optics and lasers; The zone for children; Laboratory-Um and Room for birthday parties. The museum is targeted at children of different age groups. There is a separate room for little kids (from to 2 to 5 years old). Primary school kids will find a lot to experience at the museum; explore the world of scientific discoveries and inventions and find a new perspective to the well-known subjects and get engaged in science. Students of secondary and high schools will find interest besides the main exhibition in Laboratory-Um activities.

«LabirintUm» is a learning environment. Every visitor becomes an active participant of exciting experiments: creating tornado, finding yourself inside a huge soap bubble, catching your shadow, creating waves or lightning, finding the way out of mirror maze and getting to fly by the end of the day!
