Celebrate the role of women in chemistry
I am passionate about chemistry and biochemistry. I am a pharmacist because it is a subject that contains a lot of chemistry. After my B. Pharm degree, I specialized in Computer Aided Drug Design, Molecular Modeling and protein structure analysis. I have written a book titled "Principles of Medicinal Chemistry" and have conducted workshops to promote the "chemical and molecular perspective" of pharmacology and toxicology. The workshop also addressed computational and theoretical chemistry tools in calculating drug properties.
Though not employed curretnly, I still research in topics mentioned above. I am writing a blog for students of drug design and molecular modeling:
The blog is currently private, but i plan to launch it sometime next month. It contains references, tutorials, basic concepts, current research, etc. I request the use of the logo for this blog.
