I am a student of Chemistry at the University of Nairobi. My interest in IYC 2011 is to participate actively in enlighting the general public and young people on the importance of chemistry in our daily lives. Chemistry is all around us and should be appreciated as an essential component of life. I also would want to be involved in educating young students on the applicability of chemistry in todays careerworld.
