About:

I am intouch with Chemistry for the last 35 years. Ten years as as student and then 25 years as teacher, I have been studying Chemistry. Not only me, but also my other family members like my wife, my brother, my cousin and my uncle have done masters and Ph. D in Chemistry. In this way I can say that this is my family subject. I have done Ph. D and then postdoc in Chemistry. I have published many international research papers and books of Chemistry.

As 2011 has been celebrated as International Year of Chemistry; being a chemist I want to participate in it. My name has been recommended from Pakistan to participate IUPAC celebrations to be held in France in January 2011.

Furthermore, we are planning to arrange different functions at our University level to aware public about the efforts and blessings of Chemistry.

ZACHO is an alumni of Chemistry Department Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, Pakistan. We are going to arrange a function the platform ZACHO as well.

To introduce recent researches of Chemistry for the young generation, we intend to hold seminars at schools.

Whereas the participation of ladies in the field of Chemistry is concerned, we have already more than seventy percent girls in the Chemistry Department. This figure is increasing every year.
