As I am the general secretary of the Syrian Chemical Society, and a teacher in the department of Chemistry in Damascus University, I would like to introduce the role of chemistry as an essential science in the progress and the development of countries, In addition guiding the younger generation to the benefits of chemistry and encourage them to study and explore the science of chemistry.
