Research on physics and chemistry of estuaries and ocean waters, the impact of catchment pollution loading on coastal waters.

Interest in IYC2011 is in teaching first year Bachelor Environmental Management students appreciation of chemistry in environmental phenomena and geochemical cycling.

Use of the Global Water Experiments in developing realisation of global connectivity in environmental issues among the students.
