Vacancy for a PhD

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire whether you have a vacancy in your company (laboratory) for a PhD scientific researcher.

As you can see in my CV, I already did some internships in the center for Education and Research on Macromolecules (CERM) in Liège (Belgium) as a student researcher. In my present position I am responsible for the synthesis part. The title of the project is “Synthesis of polymer semiconductors and electrografting on electrodes for application in organic solar cells.

I have had multiple opportunities of gaining laboratory experience in organic, organo-metallic, polymer and electrochemical synthesis of molecules and using characterization methods. .

In 2009, I have been able to start a graduate program (Master of Chemistry) at the university of Liege- Belgium (ulg), and I am working as a student researcher in the laboratory of Professor Christine Jérôme under whose supervision I am working in the field of polymer semiconductors. The object of my project is to obtain new polymer semiconductors and after electrografting them on the ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) to insert them in organic solar cells.

Being dynamic and motivated during my studies and Internships I was able to acquire the know-how of analysis, synthesis and communication. The multidisciplinary of my research experience between chemistry, biology and material science allows me to pursue a PhD in several research topics.
