About:

I have been a teacher and examiner of Chemistry in a mid-level technical institute training chemistry programs for over 7 years.I have also pursued chemistry to Masters level and likely to graduate in June 2011.

Currently, I am teaching in as a secondary school and finds it a big challenge doing so in Kenya where the ratio of teacher to student is uneven and unfavorable for effective teaching. I am therefore developing a Learning Management System through the help of university students to deliver contents through interactive learning to secondary students. I intend to achieve similar aims, viz:

(i) Increase the public appreciation and understanding of chemistry

(ii)Encourage interest of young people in chemistry

(iii)Generate enthusiasm for the creative future of chemistry

I believe I shall achieved part of these aims.
