About:

I am Associate Professor at teh Department of Organic Chemistry in the University of La Laguna. I do consider a great initiative the IYC 2011 event, and I am interested in learning how this event develops and the long reach that pursues. Probably it is the great chance to "clean up" the face that, unfairly but maybe in some cases justified, chemistry holds in the society. I support the idea that if there is something wrong with chemistry, only chemistry will work it out.
