About:

Basically a Food Biochemist and working in this field for more than 3 decades. Hold M.Sc.Chem. degree from Pakistan in 1963 and M.Sc. Agric. degree from Sydney University,Australia in 1968 in the field of Muscle / Meat Chemistry.

I believe Chemistry is the mother of all sciences and only it can explain the intricacies of life on earth. My life long research was focused on changes in chemistry that explain properties of food products, particularly foods of animal origin.

My interest ib the IYC will be to participate / organise events to spread the benefits of studying chemistry to explain the univrse and its changes, interactions and how these link with mankind betterment.
