The esteemed Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology (ICET) has been consistently catering to the needs of qualified and trained professional manpower in the form of respective national industries over the past many decades. The alumni of the Institute have prodigiously contributed towards the development of process industry as well as various allied industries in Pakistan. Their performance at home and abroad is equally commendable.

The ICET has been hosting Symposia on Engineering Sciences since 2008.

In continuation to its efforts, 1st International Conference on Engineering Sciences has been scheduled to be held on 28-29 February 2012 at the beautiful Quaid-i-Azam Campus of University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. Like the past years, a large number of national and international participants are expected to attend this conference.
