I'm a chemist, member of the Puerto Rico Chemists Board of Examiners and associated professor at the University of Puerto Rico Faculty of Education.

I'm member of IUPAC 2011PR Organizing Committe. I'm in charge with other colleague of the promotion and public relations of the 43rd IUPAC Congress/46th IUPAC General Assembly/70th PR Chemists Association Annual Conference and Exhibition.

As you can see I'm really interested in the success of IYC 2011.
