Iam Dr (Mrs) Okoya Aderonke Adetutu, a lecturer in the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Studies, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile -Ife, Nigeria. My specific interest in the International Year of Chemistry has to do with the fact that it may be an avenue to expose young people to the creative future of chemistry.
