I am hosting an IUPAC supported international conference (TEF-4).

4th International IUPAC Symposiium on Trace Element in Food, on 19-22 June 2011 in Aberdeen (Scotland, UK).

It is a scientific meeting of multidisciplinarity with the key central science: chemistry. It brings together nutritionists, toxicologists, epidemeologists, analytical chemists and regulators. I would like to get TEF-4 highlighted on the website.

Furthermore, I would like to raise awarness, that we all scientists have to work together in interdisciplinary or even multidisciplinary studies but they should not forget where they are based. I am a chemist and i know I the importance to be accepted as a scientist in chemistry otherwise i would loose my base to contribute to cutting edge multidisciplinary research.
