About:

I am a Belgian civil engineer. I am living and working as an industrial designer in Italy since 2002. I have developed a seminar and a workshop titled "Cooking Material" with the help of chemist. The seminar makes the link between gastronomy and material sciences, the changes in the state of matter and the durability of substances.

The goal is to introduce some basic chemistry principles inside industrial designer school.
